Sign in on the PC with your phone
If Bebra is already on your phone, the computer can join the same subscription without your e-mail. On the phone, go to Account → Sign in on another device. The app shows an eight-digit code that stays valid for three minutes.
A fresh install on the computer runs on a guest account. To enter the code there, go to Account → Sign out, then pick Sign in with code on the sign-in screen and type the digits from the phone. After that, click a country tile and Edge goes through it.

Older Windows versions
Bebra installs on Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 and on Windows 8 and 8.1. Edge on those systems stopped at version 109, released in January 2023, after which Microsoft ended browser updates for them.
The tunnel doesn’t care which browser version connects through it, so Edge 109 uses Bebra the same way a current release does. Install steps are on separate pages for Windows 7 and for Windows 8 and 8.1.

Can I keep secure DNS turned on in Edge?
Yes. To the network, secure DNS lookups are ordinary HTTPS requests, and with Bebra connected those travel inside the tunnel.
